Q: Where do I begin?
- Pick a garment
- You can either browse by sport, or for a specific type of garment using
the menus at the top.
- You can also use the search bar in the upper right corner to help you
find the garments you are looking for.

- Pick a Design
- You can browse all our design
templates which can be customized to fit your needs.
- You can either search by sport, or browse all the designs using the menus
at the top.
- If using filters to narrow down the number of designs, make sure to hit
the Submit button at the bottom of the filters to update the page.
- After you find the perfect design, you will be able to add it to the garment
of your choice.
- Create your own design
- Can't find that perfect design? Use our
Design Factory to create your own screen printing design from scratch.
- The link to the Design Factory is on the homepage and looks like the picture
below.
- After you have created the perfect design, you will be able to add it
to the garment of your choice.

Q: The drop down menus for Designs, Sports, and Garments are blank. What
should I do?
- If you are using Internet Explorer 8, you will need to press the Compatibility
View button to make these menus appear correctly.
Q: I can't find the item I am looking for.
- If you are looking for a specific item and you happen to know the item
number ,for example FOL3930 for our standard 100% cotton t-shirt, you
can simply type that item number in the search bar located in the top
right corner of the website.
- If you don't know the item number, you can search by brand name, type
of garment, or the color of garment that you are looking for.
Q: How do I get the rest of the items to complete the combo deal?
- Once you have an item in your cart that is part of a combo deal, a list
of combo deals that include the item should appear at the bottom of the
screen. The example below is what you should see once you add the
FOL3930 100% Cotton Tee
to your Shopping Cart.
- If you see a combo that you would like to get, click the link for the
next item you need. After you have the item in your cart, it will
automatically be crossed off the list.
- After each new item you add to your cart, you will be brought back to
the options page to select the next item you would like to add.
Q: How do I change the background color?
- The background color represents the color of the garment that the design
will be going on.
- If you have already selected a garment, you can change the color (in the
lower left hand corner where it says Garment Color) to any color that
is available for that particular garment. Changing this will adjust
both the garment color that you had previously selected and the background
color.
- You will not be able to change the background color of your design until
you choose a garment. To do this, save the design that you are working
on in your cart. Choose a garment and select the color that you
would like your design printed on. Go back into your design and
the background color will now match the color of your garment.
Q: How big will my design be on my garment?
- The design will be re-sized to our standard print dimensions for the desired
location on the garment. Examples of standard print dimensions are
11.2" wide on adult garments and 9" wide on youth and women's
cut garments.
- Proportions will be kept the same, so that the design is not distorted
in the re-sizing.
Q: Can I rotate or flip an image?
- Yes, you can use the boxes around the image or text to re-size or rotate.
- You can also use the Positioning tools at the top of the design factory
to adjust the sizing and rotation of the image.
Q: Can I save progress on my Design Factory art?
- Yes, there are several ways for you to save the design you created.
- If you login before you enter the Design Factory, your design will automatically
save to My Designs under My Account when saved to your cart.
- If you created your design without logging in first, you can add it to
your cart along and save the cart as quote that you can come back to later
to edit or turn into an order.
- You can also send the designs you create to your friends to show them
what you have designed. Click one of the links at the bottom of
the Design Factory after you create your design and you can post a link
on Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, or email.
Q: How do I change the background color?
- The background color represents the color of the garment that the design
will be going on.
- If you have already selected a garment, you can change the color where
it says Change Garment Color. Changing this will adjust both the
garment color that you had previously selected and the background color.
- You will not be able to change the background color of your design until
you choose a garment. To do this, save the design that you are working
on in your cart. Choose a garment and select the color that you
would like your design printed on. Go back into your design and
the background color will now match the color of your garment.
Q: Why isn't the text changing to what I typed in?
- Currently our design templates do not change the text on the sample picture
that you are looking at, but the colors will change so that you can get
a good idea of how the design will look using different color combinations.
- Once you submit your order, our artists will create your design by changing
the text to what you have specified.
- The ability to change text is coming soon, so check back often.
Q: What if I am ordering for a school team, but will be paying with my
own credit card?
- We would prefer that you register under the school's name. This
helps us locate your account quickly if you have any questions, forget
your Login information, or if another coach at the school wants to purchase
similar items in the future.
Q: What are the colors and sizes that are available?
- If you click on an item you like, you will able to see all the colors
that are available for the closeout price.
- Under each color will be the number of each size that is still available
for that specific color. The website will only let you order as
many in each size that we still have available in stock.
- Once a size is sold out for a particular color, it will be removed from
list. So, for the example below, Mediums and Larges are unavailable
in the forest/white since they are not listed.
Q: What is the difference in the name and number templates?
- The name and number templates all have a code to distinguish certain characteristics.
Take template X6U01V for example:
- X - this refers to the set-up of the text. X = Straight, Y = Arched,
and Z = Curved.
- 6 - this refers to the size of the number. 4", 6", or
8".
- U01 - this refers to the name font style.
- V - this refers to the number font style. V = Varisty, S = Shadow,
P = Pride, and M = Monarch.
Q: Can I add just names or just numbers?
- Yes, individual name templates can be found in the designs listed under
Player Names. Once you select a font, you will be prompted to enter
the names.
- Number only templates are also found in the designs listed under Player
Numbers.
Q: How long can the names be?
- Names can be up to 14 characters long including spaces and hyphens.
Q: How do I read the price list?
- The price list shows you the price of the selected service per garment
for certain quantity amounts.
- Find the price listed for the correct quantity, then add that price to
the price of the garment you have selected to find your price per garment.
- For example, the FOL3930
100% Cotton Tee in white is $1.99 per shirt. The price list
below is for a 1 color screenprint. So, for 72 white tees with a
1 color screenprint, the price per shirt would be $1.99 plus $2.00 for
a total of $3.99 per shirt.

Q: How do I figure out my shipping cost?
- The shipping cost is calculated using both the weight of the shipment
and where we are shipping the order. Once you add everything to
your cart, you will get an estimated shipping cost that can be found in
both the Workspace and in the Shopping Cart.
Q: How long will my order take to get here?
- Our standard production time (the time it takes from the day your order
is processed until it ships out) for anything that is screen printed,
embroidered, or vinyl heat pressed is 8 business days. UPS Ground
shipping times will vary depending on which state we will be shipping
the items to, but are generally between 2-6 business days. There
is a UPS shipping chart
available to help estimate shipping times located under the Help drop
down menu.
Q: What if my items are blank?
- Blank items are shipped as soon as possible (usually in 2-3 business days)
and typically take about 5-7 business days to receive.
- Orders with multiple blank items will not always ship together since they
may be shipping from different places.
Q: What should I do if I need my items sooner?
- We have rush services available for a fee that is determined by how quickly
we need to produce the items. In both the Shopping Cart and Checkout
pages you will see options for available rush services and upgrades in
shipping. Rush services are not always available,
depending on the items being ordered.

Q: I live near Columbus, OH, can I pick-up my order?
Q: Can I pay with a school PO?
- If you are registered on our website as a Full-time employee of the school
you are ordering for, at the checkout screen you should see an option
for Credit Terms as the payment type. If you select Credit Terms,
then there will be a box to enter the school Purchase Order number.
- If you do not see Credit Terms as an option, you can either pay with a
credit card or contact
customer service for more assistance.

Q: When will I get my order?
- Our standard production time (the time it takes from the day your order
is processed until it ships out) for anything that is screen printed,
embroidered, or vinyl heat pressed is 8 business days. UPS Ground
shipping times will vary depending on which state we will be shipping
the items to, but are generally between 2-6 business days. There
is a UPS shipping chart
available to help estimate shipping times located under the Help drop
down menu.

Q: What are credit terms?
- All orders paid on credit terms are given 30 days from the day the order
is placed to pay for the order. Credit terms are given to full-time
school employees or anyone with a valid school Purchase Order number.
All orders paid on credit terms are held until employment and/or Purchase
Orders are verified.
Q: My discount code said it was invalid.
- Try re-typing the code again, making sure all the characters are correct.
The codes are case-sensitive, so capitalization matters.
- Your discount code may be expired. Please check the expiration date.
- If the code is typed correctly and still valid, please contact
customer service.
Q: My credit card was declined, should I run it again?
- First, make sure that all of the credit card information you entered is
correct. If it was declined because the wrong number or expiration
date was entered, correct the information and try again.
- If everything was entered correctly, please contact
customer service to ensure that the payment did not go through the
first time. Trying to run your card again may result in a second
payment being made.
Q: What should I do if I submit my order but do not get a confirmation
email?
- You should contact
customer service to ensure that the order was received correctly.
